Love story ideas for every occasion
A love story doesn’t have to be loud. Some people post a big anniversary collage, others just a hand on a table. The templates here cover both, from a single quiet photo to six memories in a row.
- Anniversary. Clock turns one photo into the moment that matters; Book Cover makes your story the title of a novel; Still the Leads casts the two of you as the main characters with two photos.
- Valentine’s Day. Heart Brush Love and You & Me Heart frame one photo with hearts; Blush Hearts holds three; Ace of Hearts puts two photos on a playing card.
- Soft launch. Not ready to show a face? Quiet Afternoon, Single Polaroid and Phone Case work well with two coffees, a shadow or a hand.
- Years of memories. Love Film Strip fits six photos like a reel; Blush Watercolor Love holds five in soft watercolour frames; Checkerboard mixes three.
- A new chapter. New Journey is made for an engagement, moving in together or the first trip as a couple. Blue Watercolor Love and Our Song suit a calmer mood.
How to make a love story
- Pick one or more photos of you two in Allapulla. Only templates for that number of photos are shown.
- Open Love and choose a template; the photos drop into the frames automatically.
- Move or zoom each photo so faces sit well inside the frame.
- Replace the text with names, a date or a short line.
- Share to Instagram Stories or WhatsApp, or save it to your gallery.
Tips for a better couple story
- Pick photos with a similar light and colour – a love story looks softer when the set matches.
- A date reads more personal than a long caption: “12.06.2021” says enough on an anniversary.
- Use an inside joke or a lyric from your song instead of a generic “love you”.
- Keep names and tags in the middle; the top and bottom of a story are covered by Instagram. See the story size and safe zone guide.
- Several photos to share? Read how to put multiple photos in one Instagram story.
